We currently have a system in place where a user can submit a problem to our helpdesk and we will resolve/contact the user. We also have a forum section for eDocent users independent of offered courses. Here we hope others will share their insight as well as help people out who may experience difficulty. In the future we will comprise a FAQ list of questions submitted by user's navigating through the courseware.
